Junior Technician & Warehouse Support (RMA)

About the role

This entry‑level position combines administrative duties with hands‑on warehouse work, focusing on processing customer returns (RMA) and supporting daily warehouse operations. You will work within a supportive team, gaining experience in logistics and supply‑chain processes.

Key responsibilities

• Process customer returns accurately, logging items into internal systems and maintaining records.
• Verify returned goods against documentation, including serial numbers and condition.
• Liaise with internal departments to provide return updates and assist with related queries.
• Receive, unpack, inspect and store returned stock safely.
• Prepare products for dispatch or refurbishment and support inventory counts.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organised warehouse environment.

Required profile

• Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
• Good time‑management and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Basic IT proficiency, particularly with Microsoft Excel.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Positive, proactive attitude with a willingness to learn.
• Comfortable working both in an office setting and on the warehouse floor.
