About the role
We are looking for a motivated graduate or trainee to join our recruitment team in Bristol. You will receive full training and will work on a commission‑driven sales model across engineering, IT, finance and technology sectors.
Key responsibilities
- Make 100+ cold calls each day to generate new business opportunities.
- Follow our proven recruitment process to source, interview and place candidates with client organisations.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients in the UK and US markets.
- Achieve personal sales targets and contribute to the agency’s revenue growth.
Required profile
- Recent graduate or trainee with a strong desire to start a career in recruitment.
- Willingness to work hard, meet daily call targets and pursue commission‑based earnings.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
What we offer
- Base salary of £28,000 per year plus uncapped commission (OTE around £50,000 in year 1).

- Clear progression path to senior consultant roles within the first year.
