Junior Treasury FX Dealer

About the role

This position is with a well‑established international banking institution operating across Europe, the Middle East and global markets. As a Junior Treasury FX Dealer you will gain broad exposure to treasury, liquidity management, foreign exchange, settlements and credit functions, working closely with senior management in a high‑visibility environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support day‑to‑day liquidity management and monitor funding requirements.
• Assist with money market, foreign exchange and fixed‑income transactions.
• Prepare daily treasury reporting and profitability analysis.
• Maintain counter‑party relationships and onboarding activities.
• Monitor FX positions throughout the trading day, ensuring they stay within approved risk limits.
• Manage net open FX positions, overnight limits and stop‑loss controls.
• Provide accurate market and position reporting to management.
• Ensure compliance with FCA, PRA, Bank of England and UK MAR regulations.
• Support operational controls, first‑line risk management and timely escalation of issues.
• Assist the Credit function with interest certificates, audit requests and due‑diligence reviews.
• Collaborate across Treasury, Operations, Risk and Credit on projects and process improvements.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of relevant experience in treasury, FX or related banking activities.
• Ambitious, detail‑oriented and able to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with a willingness to develop broader banking expertise.
