Junior UX Designer – AI & Digital Content

About the role

We are looking for an ambitious Junior UX Designer to join our fast‑paced, technology‑driven team in Manchester. You will help shape intuitive digital products while experimenting with the latest AI tools and creating engaging digital content.

Key responsibilities

• Create user journeys, wireframes and interactive prototypes for web and mobile platforms.
• Design clean, intuitive interfaces that meet accessibility standards.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers and engineers to deliver seamless experiences.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate design, research and content creation.
• Produce digital assets for websites, marketing campaigns and social media, and maintain the design system.

Required profile

• Commercial experience or a strong portfolio in UX, UI or digital design.
• Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney or Adobe Firefly.
• Experience creating content for social media or digital marketing.
• Good understanding of user‑centred design, accessibility and UX principles.
• Creative mindset with a willingness to learn and develop.
