Junior UX Designer

About the role

We are looking for a creative Junior UX Designer to join a fast‑growing software business and help shape the future of its flagship SaaS platform. You will work within a collaborative cross‑functional team, designing engaging experiences for both web and mobile applications while learning from seasoned product and engineering professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Design new features and enhance existing user journeys across web and mobile platforms.
• Conduct user research to understand customer needs and behaviours.
• Produce wireframes, user flows and interactive prototypes using Figma.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Developers and stakeholders throughout the design process.
• Support usability testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Present design concepts and confidently communicate ideas.
• Stay up‑to‑date with UX trends, accessibility standards and best practices.

Required profile

• Approximately 2+ years of experience in a UX or Product Design role.
• Strong proficiency with Figma.
• Experience creating wireframes, prototypes and user journeys.
• Understanding of user research methodologies and usability testing.
• Knowledge of responsive and mobile‑first design principles.
• Appreciation of accessibility and inclusive design.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Genuine passion for learning and developing as a UX Designer.
