Justice Team Leader

About the role

We are seeking a Justice Team Leader to oversee a team of operational colleagues across Merseyside, Cheshire, Lancashire and Cumbria. You will work a 35‑hour week, primarily remote with travel to the Preston hub and mentor sites, delivering high‑quality community and custodial services.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop a team to achieve financial, social and cultural outcomes.
• Manage diaries, conduct 1‑2‑1s, and support colleagues in the field.
• Monitor and achieve KPIs, both external and internal.
• Maintain robust governance, risk management and quality assurance.
• Build and sustain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Participate in monthly meetings with other Team Leaders to share best practice.

• Confident, inclusive leader with strong coaching and motivational abilities.
• Creative thinker able to identify process improvements.
• Proven track record of developing stakeholder relationships that drive positive change.

Required skills

• Highly proficient in Office 365.
