Key Account Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a Key Account Coordinator to join an award‑winning UK contact centre that serves medical, professional services and commercial clients. The position starts in Ferndown and will relocate to Bournemouth within a few months, offering a clear progression path to Key Account Manager.

Key responsibilities

• Own the day‑to‑day relationship for a portfolio of key accounts.
• Review customer calls, resolve issues and ensure a positive client experience.
• Compile clear, data‑driven reports for clients.
• Coordinate with internal departments to obtain updates and drive solutions.
• Support onboarding of new clients and assist with their integration.

Required profile

• Proven experience in customer service or a contact‑centre environment.
• Confident telephone manner and ability to handle difficult conversations.
• Strong organisational skills with a proactive approach to spotting potential problems.
• Comfortable using IT systems and data to produce client‑focused reports.
