Key Account Manager - Building & Roofing Products

About the role

This office‑based Key Account Manager position focuses on growing existing accounts for a range of rolled lead, hard‑metal roofing and ancillary products. You will work closely with distribution networks and roofing contractors to strengthen relationships and drive revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and expand existing key accounts, selling a distributed product range.
• Visit clients as needed to reinforce relationships and identify upsell opportunities.
• Generate quotations, follow up on outstanding opportunities and convert enquiries into sales.
• Provide product advice and technical support to customers.
• Support branch sales targets and collaborate with the external sales team.
• Maintain accurate customer information in the internal CRM system.

Required profile

• Proven sales experience in the construction industry, preferably within roofing.
• Track record of successful key account management and business development.
• Motivated, ambitious and results‑driven with a proactive approach.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to identify sales opportunities.
• Computer literate and comfortable using CRM tools.
