Key Account Manager – EMEA

About the role

As a Key Account Manager for the EMEA region at Statista, you will own a portfolio of enterprise accounts with annual contract values ranging from £50k to over £300k. You will be responsible for driving growth, protecting renewals and expanding the use of Statista’s data platforms across multiple stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Own and grow a portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts, building live account plans, stakeholder maps and expansion roadmaps.
• Lead consultative discovery conversations, develop business cases and ROI frameworks to secure six‑figure commercial commitments.
• Navigate complex multi‑stakeholder enterprise sales cycles, coordinating champions, technical and economic buyers, procurement and legal.
• Drive expansion of Statista’s Connect, Statista+ and StatistaIQ solutions by identifying usage gaps and positioning new offerings.
• Ensure renewal outcomes, monitor usage signals and run high‑quality QBRs to demonstrate ROI and deepen relationships.

Required profile

• Significant B2B enterprise account management experience with a track record of protecting and growing strategic accounts at £100k+ ACV.
• Proven ability to move relationships from operational contacts to economic buyers and conduct commercial conversations at VP and C‑suite level.
• Strong consultative and discovery skills, capable of uncovering client problems and building compelling business cases.
