Key Account Manager

About the role

Hidden Creative is looking for a Key Account Manager to build and nurture client relationships, driving high‑value growth for the business and delivering measurable ROI for its industrial‑metaverse clients. The role sits at the intersection of sales, strategy and delivery, working closely with senior stakeholders to understand client needs and translate them into successful immersive communication solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Advocate and educate clients on Immersive Engineering Communication and its business impact.
• Maintain and grow the client portfolio, forecasting performance and reporting to the Board.
• Translate client briefs accurately to delivery teams, ensuring smooth project execution.
• Guide clients through project challenges, maintaining proactive communication and managing expectations.
• Provide market insights to sales, strategy and delivery teams, highlighting trends and challenges.
• Develop existing relationships, expand reach within client organisations, and reactivate past clients with new briefs.

Required profile

• Genuine interest in client organisations and their challenges.
• Strong business relationship instincts, distinguishing meaningful discussions from small talk.
• Ability to close sales when the solution is the right fit, not just to meet targets.
• Passion for growing business and delivering successful outcomes.
• Integrator mindset that bridges client and internal teams for clear understanding.

Required skills

• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Experience managing senior‑level client relationships.
• Understanding of immersive technologies and virtual‑twin experiences.
