Key Account Manager – Manufacturing

About the role
This position offers an experienced Account Manager or Technical Sales professional the chance to manage and grow key manufacturing accounts without the pressure of cold prospecting. You will work closely with technical and production teams to convert inbound enquiries into profitable opportunities.
Key responsibilities
- Managing and growing key customer accounts.
- Converting inbound enquiries and developing existing opportunities.
- Managing quotations, negotiations and the sales pipeline.
Required profile
- Account Management or Technical Sales experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Background selling manufactured or bespoke products.
- Strong commercial and relationship‑building skills.
What we offer
- Salary £45,000‑£55,000 per year plus uncapped commission.
- Annual bonus and flexible working hours.
