Key Account Manager – Neuroscience (ADHD & Epilepsy)

About the role

The Key Account Manager will lead the commercial and market‑access effort for ADHD and Epilepsy products across the South West of the United Kingdom. This position blends sales delivery with strategic engagement of NHS stakeholders to improve patient access and outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a defined South West territory, driving sales growth and account development.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans aligned with regional and national objectives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with NHS stakeholders across Integrated Care Systems, Trusts, and primary care.
• Deliver value‑based conversations to support optimal product positioning and uptake.
• Identify and influence key decision‑makers, including payors, clinicians, and service leads.
• Support local market access by shaping pathways, guidelines, and formulary inclusion.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with Medical, Market Access, and Marketing teams.

Required profile

• ABPI qualification preferred.
• Proven experience as a Key Account Manager or senior medical representative in pharmaceuticals or medical devices.
• Strong knowledge of the UK healthcare environment and NHS structures.
• Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent relationship‑building and influencing abilities.
• Commercial mindset with the ability to treat the territory as a business.
