Key Account Manager – SEN

About the role

This full‑time, permanent position is based in Redhill, Surrey, with a hybrid working model (one day a week remote). You will join a fast‑growing, purpose‑driven organisation that provides specialist education support services for learners with additional needs across the UK.

Key responsibilities

• Own and develop a portfolio of key client accounts, acting as the main point of contact.
• Maintain daily visibility of account activity, demand and service delivery, taking swift action to resolve any shortfalls.
• Coordinate with internal teams to match resources to client requirements, ensuring quality and responsiveness.
• Track performance metrics such as response times, conversion rates, lead times and retention, using data to drive improvement.
• Manage pipeline strength, identify gaps early and work collaboratively to close them.
• Build strong client relationships, monitor satisfaction (e.g., NPS) and implement retention strategies.
• Support onboarding, compliance and readiness processes to keep service delivery seamless.
