Key Account Support – Beauty Brand

About the role

A scaling beauty brand, stocked in hundreds of global retailers, is looking for a proactive and highly organised Key Account Support to join their growing team. This pivotal role works closely with key, national and online retailers as well as global distributors to ensure flawless order management and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full order lifecycle for all retailer and distributor accounts, ensuring on‑time, in‑full delivery.
• Process sales orders from placement through fulfilment, liaising with internal teams and external warehouses.
• Act as the primary contact for customer queries on product specifications, samples, compliance documentation and delivery updates.
• Produce regular WIP reports to monitor stock, flag issues early and support effective allocation.
• Coordinate with the shipping team to track shipping dates and communicate any delays to retailers.
• Liaise across operations, sales, compliance, shipping and production teams to maintain seamless communication and alignment.
• Manage bespoke requirements, tracking associated costs and approvals.
• Identify and implement operational process improvements across the team.

Required profile

• Strong senior‑level sales support experience within consumer goods or FMCG.
• Proven experience managing orders for a variety of customer types, including national, independent and online retailers, as well as global distributors.
• Excellent attention to detail, organisational ability and capacity to multitask.
• Clear, confident communication skills with the ability to push back when necessary.
• Proactive, solutions‑focused mindset with a desire to continuously improve systems.
• Positive attitude, calm under pressure and adaptable to shifting priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
