Key Account Support

About the role

We are seeking an organised and proactive Key Account Support professional to join our busy, friendly team. You will act as the main point of contact for key client enquiries, ensuring a first‑class customer experience from start to finish.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for key client enquiries and requests.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal teams.
• Coordinate client communications and manage service requests efficiently.
• Support Account Managers with day‑to‑day key account management.
• Manage helpdesks and client portals, raise purchase orders, and handle related administration.
• Prepare reports, KPI data, and performance information.
• Work closely with operational teams to meet client expectations.
• Assist with issue resolution and identify process‑improvement opportunities.
• Provide administrative support to the wider team as needed.

Required profile

• Previous experience in account support, customer service, client services or account coordination.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise a busy workload.
• Proactive, positive attitude with meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Experience in a fast‑paced office environment.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a personal vehicle.
