Key Client Manager

About the role

The Key Client Manager will be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of strategic accounts, delivering exceptional service and driving growth. Based in Corringham with regular UK travel, you will work closely with internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and to the highest standards.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with key customers.
• Act as the main contact for all client enquiries and ongoing account management.
• Manage projects from quotation through to completion, coordinating with production, planning and logistics.
• Prepare quotations and costings using internal systems.
• Monitor order progress and provide regular updates to clients.
• Resolve customer queries quickly and professionally.
• Identify upselling and cross‑selling opportunities to increase revenue.
• Attend customer meetings and occasional site visits across the UK.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and produce regular reports.

Required profile

• Proven experience in key account management, account management or customer success.
• Background in a commercial, manufacturing or customer‑facing environment.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Strong organisational skills with the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proactive, solutions‑focused approach with good commercial awareness.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel when required.
