Key Holder – 16 hours (Part‑time)

About the role

As a Key Holder at Levi’s in Bromley, you will be the trusted custodian of the store during key trading hours. You will lead the shop floor, ensure smooth opening and closing procedures, and embody the Levi’s brand for customers and the team.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service while modelling Levi’s brand values.
• Lead, motivate and support Stylists to achieve personal and store KPIs.
• Manage store operations during opening and closing, including cash handling and security.
• Maintain visual merchandising and brand presentation standards.
• Coach team members on product knowledge, styling and customer experience.
• Assist with deliveries, stock organisation and stockroom upkeep.
• Foster a positive, inclusive and high‑performing team environment.

Required profile

• Passion for the Levi’s brand and alignment with company values.
• Previous retail experience with responsibility for sales targets and KPIs.
• Confidence leading a team on the shop floor.
• Strong, proactive customer‑service mindset.
• Ability to stay calm, make decisions and take ownership in a fast‑paced environment.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
