About the role

Join Levi Strauss & Co. as a Key Holder for a short‑term, 16‑hour Christmas period in Bristol. You will be the frontline ambassador of the Levi’s® brand, ensuring the store runs smoothly when management is away.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service while embodying brand values.
• Lead and motivate Stylists, helping the team meet personal and store KPIs.
• Manage opening and closing procedures during key trading hours.
• Support store management with daily operational tasks and floor leadership.
• Maintain high visual merchandising and brand presentation standards.
• Coach team members on product knowledge, styling, and customer experience.
• Assist with deliveries, stock organisation, and stockroom upkeep.
• Foster an inclusive, high‑performing team environment.

Required profile

• Passion for the Levi’s® brand and alignment with company values.
• Previous retail experience with sales targets and KPI responsibility.
• Strong customer‑service mindset and proactive problem‑solving.
• Ability to stay calm, make decisions, and take ownership in a fast‑paced setting.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
