Key Holder - 20 hours

About the role

Join Levi’s as a Key Holder and become the essential link between our iconic products and customers. Working 20 hours per week in a dynamic store environment, you will support stylists and help deliver the brand’s celebrated customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver the highest level of customer service while embodying Levi’s brand values.
• Assist store management with daily tasks, opening and closing duties, and stockroom organization.
• Motivate and support the sales team to achieve personal targets and overall KPIs.
• Provide guidance and development opportunities for team members on the shop floor.
• Maintain strong visual standards throughout the store.
• Help with deliveries and ensure efficient stockroom operations.

Required profile

• Passion for the Levi’s brand and alignment with its values.
• Proven experience meeting sales targets and KPIs in a retail setting.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to work collaboratively.
• Experience managing or leading a team on the shop floor.
