Key Holder – 30 Hours (Fully Flexible)

About the role

As a Key Holder at Levi Strauss & Co. you will be the front‑line leader on the shop floor, ensuring the store runs smoothly during your shifts, including opening and closing when required. This part‑time, fully flexible role offers the chance to represent an iconic brand while developing retail leadership skills.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and embody Levi’s brand values.
• Lead, motivate and support Stylists to achieve personal and store KPIs.
• Manage store operations during key trading hours, including opening and closing procedures.
• Maintain high visual merchandising and brand presentation standards.
• Coach team members on product knowledge, styling and customer experience.
• Assist with deliveries, stock organisation and stockroom standards.
• Foster a positive, inclusive and high‑performing team environment.

Required profile

• Passion for the Levi’s brand and alignment with company values.
• Previous retail experience with responsibility for sales targets and KPIs.
• Strong leadership and customer‑service skills.
• Ability to stay calm, make decisions and take ownership in a fast‑paced environment.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
