About the role

We are partnering with a vibrant primary school in Brent, London to recruit a Key Stage 2 Teacher for a Year 4 class starting September 2026. The successful candidate will join a supportive community focused on delivering high‑quality, inclusive education.

Key responsibilities

• Stay current with educational research, policies and school initiatives through continuous professional development.
• Model excellent teaching practice, motivate staff and represent the school in meetings with governors and external networks.
• Plan and deliver an inclusive curriculum that challenges pupils across core and non‑core subjects.
• Monitor pupil progress, analyse data and implement targeted interventions to close learning gaps.
• Collaborate regularly with colleagues and parents to support individual learning needs and communicate curriculum developments.

Required profile

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and experience teaching Key Stage 2.
• Commitment to delivering engaging, inclusive lessons.
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
• Team‑player attitude with a reflective and proactive approach.
