Keyholder (24‑Hour) – Retail Store

About the role

As a Keyholder at Levi’s you will be the essential link between our products and customers, working in a dynamic store environment that celebrates change and ideas. You will support Stylists and the Store Management team while helping to maintain high standards of service and visual presentation.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver the highest level of customer service through teamwork and living the brand values.
• Support Store Management with daily tasks and store duties.
• Motivate, support and encourage the sales team to achieve exceptional service and personal sales targets.
• Provide guidance to the sales team, ensuring KPIs are met and supporting their development.
• Maintain strong visual standards across the store.
• Assist with deliveries and organise the stockroom.
• Open and close the store in the absence of senior managers.

Required profile

• Passionate about the Levi’s brand and aligned with its values.
• Proven experience driving KPIs and sales targets in a retail setting.
• Strong customer‑service skills and a team‑player attitude.
• Experience managing a shop‑floor team and supporting store management.
