Keyholder (Part-time, 14 hrs/week) – Leeds

About the role

We are seeking a part‑time Keyholder to join our Leeds, Victoria Gate store for 14 hours a week across three days. The role combines store opening and closing duties with delivering an exceptional, welcoming customer experience in line with NEOM Wellbeing’s brand values.

Key responsibilities

• Open and close the store, handling cash‑up and banking procedures.
• Drive sales and support company objectives.
• Assist the team and store management with daily tasks and stock management, including unloading deliveries and moving stock between the off‑site stockroom and the shop.
• Provide product demonstrations such as hand and arm massages.
• Attend and support in‑store and occasional off‑site events.
• Maintain housekeeping, cleanliness and visual merchandising standards.

Required profile

• Previous retail experience, preferably in a health or beauty environment.
• Passion for wellbeing and strong customer‑service orientation.
• Self‑motivated, meticulous and able to work to sales targets.
• Confident communicator who treats everyone with honesty, kindness and respect.
• Team player with a can‑do attitude, thriving in a fast‑paced, changing environment.
• Availability to work weekdays, weekends and occasional late nights.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Advanced use of Excel.
• Experience with Google Drive.
