About the role

We are seeking a motivated Kitchen Assistant to join our client’s busy kitchen on a temporary basis in Weybridge. Working closely with the head chef and line chef, you will help ensure smooth food preparation and maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.

Key responsibilities

  • Assist the head chef and line chef with food preparation tasks.
  • Maintain kitchen hygiene, including cleaning equipment during operations.
  • Restock supplies at the end of each shift.
  • Perform general cleaning of the kitchen and service areas.
  • Support the team while adhering to health and safety standards.

  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced kitchen environment.
