Kitchen Assistant – Support Residents' Dining Experience

About the role
Join Hallmark Luxury Care Homes as a Kitchen Assistant and help deliver high‑quality dining experiences for residents. Working alongside chefs, you will support the preparation and service of meals in a caring, family‑run environment.
Key responsibilities
- Assist chefs with food preparation, plating and kitchen hygiene.
- Ensure meals are delivered promptly and to the correct residents.
- Maintain a clean, safe and organized kitchen workspace.
- Support stock control by receiving deliveries and storing items correctly.
- Collaborate with the care team to meet residents' dietary needs.
Required profile
- Reliability and punctuality.
- Strong written and verbal communication.
- Adaptability and willingness to work flexible hours.
- Approachable, confident and diplomatic attitude.
- Eagerness to learn and develop kitchen skills.
