About the role

Join Travelodge at Gatwick Airport Central as a Kitchen Bar Café Team Member, focusing on breakfast service. You will work in a friendly, family‑like environment where you help deliver a great start to our guests' day.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare hot and cold breakfast items according to menu specifications.
• Serve food and beverages at the bar, taking orders and handling payments.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen and bar areas.
• Promote and upsell food and drink items to guests.
• Assist with stock replenishment and basic inventory checks.

Required profile

• Enthusiastic, reliable and passionate about hospitality.
• Flexible to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and bank holidays.
• Willingness to learn and develop kitchen and bar skills.

Required skills

• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
• Basic ability to operate kitchen equipment safely.
