Kitchen Designer – Handmade Kitchens, Bristol

About the role

Olive & Barr, one of the UK’s fastest‑growing handmade kitchen brands, is seeking an experienced Kitchen Designer for its new showroom in Clifton Village, Bristol. You will combine design expertise with sales acumen to create bespoke kitchens and deliver a consultative customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Design and sell bespoke handmade kitchens.
• Manage your own sales pipeline from initial enquiry through to order.
• Handle a mix of national enquiries and local showroom walk‑ins.
• Provide an exceptional, consultative customer experience.
• Use Winner Flex or similar kitchen design software.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years’ experience designing handmade kitchens (essential).
• Proven design‑and‑sales experience within the kitchen industry.
• Confidence in managing your own pipeline and closing sales.
• Strong design eye with excellent client‑facing skills.
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a small team.
• Valid UK driving licence and access to a car.

What we offer

• Competitive basic salary of £28,000‑£32,000 per year.
• Realistic OTE of £60k+ through an attractive commission structure.
