Kitchen Designer (Sales)

About the role

We are looking for a Kitchen Designer with strong sales abilities to join a growing bespoke kitchen and interiors company. Working from a high‑quality showroom in St Ives, you will create custom kitchen designs and drive the full sales process, from client consultation to order completion.

Key responsibilities

• Design bespoke kitchens and interiors for private clients and developers.
• Consult with customers to understand lifestyle, budget, style and project requirements.
• Produce CAD layouts, visualisations, specifications, mood boards and quotations.
• Manage the complete sales cycle, from initial meeting through to order placement and sign‑off.
• Liaise with suppliers, workshop teams and installers to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Process orders accurately, confirming all products, appliances and components.
• Maintain strong client communication throughout the project.

Required profile

• Confident user of CAD software such as Winner, Fusion 360, AutoKitchen or similar.
• Excellent sales and communication skills with a commercial mindset.
• Ability to manage client relationships, quotes, specifications and order processing.
• Motivated by high‑earning potential and commission‑driven targets.

What we offer

• Basic salary £30,000‑£40,000 per year.
• Generous commission structure with OTE £70,000‑£110,000.
