About the role

Join one of the UK's leading hospitality businesses as a Kitchen Porter, working within airport concessions to support the delivery of great‑looking food and excellent guest experiences. You will be part of a fast‑paced environment where early shifts can start as early as 3 am, offering a dynamic and rewarding role.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain the highest possible standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen.
• Ensure dishes, utensils and kitchen equipment are washed, sanitized and ready for service.
• Support food preparation teams and assist in the timely delivery of dishes to guests.
• Stay alert for new ideas that can improve dish quality and overall kitchen efficiency.
• Work flexible airport shifts, including early starts and finishes.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a kitchen porter or in a trainee kitchen role.
• Positive attitude and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced airport environment.
• Flexibility to work early shifts that may begin at 3 am.
• Willingness to provide a five‑year work/education/personal reference history and undergo a criminal record check.
