About the role
Join the team at The Saracens Head Inn in Daventry as a Kitchen Staff member. No prior experience is required – we provide full training so you can develop the skills needed to succeed in a fast‑paced hospitality environment.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare, cook and present food to the required specifications.
- Operate kitchen workstations including grills, fryers and microwaves.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, food hygiene and health & safety.
- Work collaboratively with the team to meet time and quality targets.
- Rotate stock, store food safely and complete end‑of‑shift clean‑downs.
Required profile
- Enthusiastic, reliable and friendly attitude.
- Willingness to learn and ability to stay calm under pressure.
- Flexible availability for mornings, evenings, weekends and late finishes.
Required skills
- Operating grills, fryers and microwaves.
- Food hygiene and allergen handling compliance.
- Teamwork and time‑management in a busy kitchen.
