Key responsibilities

• Prepare, cook and present food that meets specifications and customer expectations.
• Maintain hygiene standards and safety regulations throughout the kitchen.
• Deputise for the management team, resolving issues in their absence.
• Organise and coordinate the team during busy service to ensure efficient operation.
