Klaviyo & Email Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a full‑time Klaviyo & Email Marketing Specialist to boost our email strategy, drive customer engagement and increase retention for a fast‑growing eCommerce brand.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, build and execute weekly email campaigns, creating on‑brand content for promotions, launches and storytelling.
• Manage campaign scheduling, performance monitoring and KPI reporting.
• Design, implement and optimise key Klaviyo flows such as Welcome series, Abandoned cart, Post‑purchase and Winback.
• Segment audiences based on behaviour, purchase history and engagement to deliver targeted messages.
• Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, content, timing and offers to improve open, click and conversion rates.
• Analyse results, provide actionable insights and identify opportunities to increase repeat purchase and customer lifetime value.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing Klaviyo for eCommerce brands.
• Strong understanding of the Shopify customer lifecycle.
• Demonstrated success in revenue growth, flow optimisation and retention improvements.
• Ability to work independently and take full ownership of projects.
