Knowledge Lawyer - Tax

About the role

We are looking for an experienced corporate tax lawyer to join the Lexis+ Practical Guidance team. The role involves creating and maintaining high‑quality tax content for our online guidance platform, monitoring legal developments and engaging with practising lawyers. You can work on a hybrid basis (one day a week in our London office) or remotely from anywhere in the UK, with flexible hours and a four‑day week.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain practice notes, precedents, checklists and flowcharts for the Lexis+ Practical Guidance Tax module.
• Produce current‑awareness updates by selecting relevant developments and cases and delivering concise analysis for tax professionals.
• Monitor legal and industry changes that affect corporate tax practitioners.
• Engage with practising lawyers to capture emerging issues and ensure content relevance.

Required profile

• UK‑qualified lawyer with substantial experience in non‑contentious corporate tax law.
• Strong technical knowledge of UK corporate tax and the ability to apply it in practical guidance.
• Excellent written communication skills, capable of explaining complex tax concepts clearly.
• Awareness of international tax, employment taxes and VAT is desirable but not essential.
