About the role
We are seeking a passionate KS1 Class Teacher to join our thriving primary school in St. Albans starting September 2026. The successful candidate will inspire young learners, deliver high‑quality lessons and contribute to a culture of innovation and wellbeing.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging, curriculum‑aligned lessons for Key Stage 1 pupils.
- Foster confidence, resilience and a love of learning in each child.
- Maintain excellent classroom management and uphold high expectations.

- Reflect on practice and pursue continuous professional development.

- Strong classroom management skills and high expectations for pupils.
- Ability to commute to St. Albans.
- Reflective, eager to develop professionally and work collaboratively.
