About the role
We are seeking enthusiastic Key Stage 1 (KS1) primary teachers for supply, short‑term and long‑term placements across Medway and Mid Kent. The role involves delivering the early years curriculum, building solid foundations for young learners and supporting a creative classroom environment.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and deliver KS1 lessons in line with the national curriculum.
- Assess and monitor pupil progress, providing feedback to parents and staff.
- Maintain a safe, inclusive and stimulating classroom atmosphere.
- Collaborate with school leadership and fellow teachers to enhance early‑phase teaching.
Required profile
- Qualified primary teacher with experience teaching Key Stage 1.
- Passionate about early learning and nurturing young pupils.
- Flexible, reliable and able to adapt to varying placement lengths.
Required skills
- No specific technical skills required.
