KS1 Supply Teacher – Flexible Opportunities in Seaford

About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic KS1 supply teachers who want the freedom to choose when and where they work across schools in Seaford and the wider East Sussex area. This flexible role allows you to step into a variety of classroom settings, from small village primaries to larger academies, delivering the national curriculum to young learners.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging, creative lessons for Key Stage 1 pupils.
• Adapt quickly to different school environments, policies and classroom cultures.
• Support pupils’ learning and development in line with current curriculum objectives.
• Collaborate with teaching staff and teaching assistants to ensure a smooth learning experience.

Required profile

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or working towards completing your Early Career Teacher induction.
• Recent classroom experience (within the last five years).
• Strong classroom management and the ability to adapt to new settings.
• Professional attitude with excellent communication skills.

• Ability to design and deliver KS1 curriculum content.

• Clear communication with pupils, staff and parents.
