About the role

Protocol Education is partnering with primary schools across Kingswood to provide enthusiastic and reliable KS1 Supply Teachers. This temporary, part‑time role offers the flexibility to choose assignments that fit your schedule while supporting continuity of learning for young pupils.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality teaching across Key Stage 1 classes.
• Follow existing lesson plans and adapt instruction to meet the needs of all learners.
• Create a positive, inclusive classroom environment.
• Support pupils’ academic, social and emotional development.
• Maintain strong classroom management and behaviour expectations.
• Build positive relationships with pupils and school staff.

Required profile

• Holds UK QTS or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
• Recent experience teaching within Key Stage 1.
• Strong understanding of the primary curriculum.
• Adaptable, organised and confident working across different schools.
• Excellent classroom management skills.
• Committed to delivering engaging and effective learning experiences.
