About the role

We are partnering with a welcoming primary school in Huntingdon to find a passionate KS1 Teacher for a full‑time position starting September 2026. The school values staff wellbeing, professional development and a strong community ethos.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver creative, engaging lessons for Key Stage 1 pupils.
• Foster an inclusive, nurturing classroom environment.
• Assess, monitor and support pupil progress to ensure every child reaches their potential.
• Collaborate with colleagues, parents and support staff to maintain high educational standards.
• Contribute actively to the wider school community and its initiatives.

Required profile

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Experience teaching within Key Stage 1, or be an enthusiastic Early‑Career Teacher (ECT).
• Strong classroom management and relationship‑building skills.
• Commitment to helping every child flourish.
