Required profile

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Strong understanding of the primary curriculum.
• High expectations for pupil progress and behaviour.
• Reflective, enthusiastic, and team‑focused approach.
• Commitment to safeguarding and pupil wellbeing.

Required skills

• Knowledge of KS1 curriculum standards.
• Ability to design inclusive lesson plans.
• Effective classroom management techniques.
