KS1 Teacher – Primary School – Haringey (Full‑Time, Permanent)

About the role

We are seeking a passionate KS1 Teacher to join a friendly primary school in Haringey. The role starts in September and is full‑time, permanent. You will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons to a class of 27 pupils, helping them make academic and personal progress.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver high‑quality KS1 lessons in line with the national curriculum.
• Adapt teaching strategies to meet the needs of all abilities, including pupils with ASD, ADHD and other complex needs.
• Maintain a nurturing, inclusive classroom environment where children feel valued and motivated.
• Assess pupil progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Collaborate with colleagues to uphold high expectations and share best practices.

Required profile

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – mandatory.
• Proven experience teaching KS1 pupils.
• Strong classroom management and communication skills.
• Commitment to inclusive education and supporting pupils with diverse needs.
