KS2 Class Teacher – Primary School in Slough

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated KS2 Class Teacher to join a well‑organised 3‑form entry primary school in Slough for the full academic year starting September 2026. The school offers a supportive environment with strong leadership and a commitment to staff development.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, deliver and assess the KS2 curriculum for the assigned year group.
• Maintain accurate records, produce assessments, reports and conduct parent meetings.
• Collaborate with two other teachers in the same year group on planning and teaching strategies.
• Take on additional subject responsibilities where desired.
• Contribute to a positive, engaging learning environment and effective behaviour management.

Required profile

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Strong experience teaching KS2 or a well‑supported early career teacher placement.
• Proven ability to manage behaviour and create an engaging classroom.
• Reflective practitioner committed to improving outcomes for all learners.
• Willingness to commit to the full academic year.
