KS2 Primary Teacher – Greenwich (Permanent or Fixed‑Term)

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic KS2 Primary Teacher to join a well‑resourced primary school in the London Borough of Greenwich. The role starts in September 2026 and can be offered on a permanent or fixed‑term basis. You will work within a supportive senior leadership team to deliver high‑quality education for pupils aged 7‑11.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging KS2 lessons in line with the National Curriculum.
• Assess, monitor and track pupil progress, using data to inform teaching.
• Differentiate learning to meet the needs of all learners.
• Create and maintain a positive, well‑managed classroom environment.
• Collaborate with colleagues, support staff and leadership teams.
• Contribute positively to the wider school community.

Required profile

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK.
• Recent experience teaching within Key Stage 2.
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
• Commitment to raising attainment for all pupils.
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
• Proactive and flexible approach to teaching.
