About the role

Reed Education is partnering with a group of schools in Medway and Mid Kent to source qualified KS2 primary teachers. The positions include day‑to‑day supply, short‑term cover and longer‑term placements, allowing you to choose the type of commitment that best fits your schedule.

Key responsibilities

Plan and deliver engaging lessons for Key Stage 2 pupils.
Support pupils in building confidence and mastering core curriculum skills.
Adapt teaching strategies to meet the needs of each classroom.
Provide reliable coverage for short‑term or long‑term staffing gaps.

Required profile

Qualified primary teacher with experience teaching KS2.
Confident classroom practitioner who can inspire and engage students.
Flexible and reliable, able to work across various schools in Medway and Mid Kent.
