KS2 Primary Teacher – Supply & Placement Opportunities in Medway & Kent

About the role
Reed Education is partnering with a group of schools in Medway and Mid Kent to build a talent pool of qualified KS2 primary teachers. You will work with older primary pupils, helping them build confidence, master key curriculum skills and prepare for the next stage of their education.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver the Key Stage 2 curriculum across core subjects.
- Provide day‑to‑day supply, short‑term cover and long‑term classroom placements.
- Engage and inspire pupils to achieve high levels of progress.
- Maintain a safe and supportive classroom environment.
Required profile
- Qualified primary teacher with experience teaching KS2.
- Confident classroom practitioner able to engage and motivate students.
- Flexible and reliable, willing to take short‑term or longer assignments.
- Committed to making a positive impact on pupil learning.
