KS2 Supply Teacher – Flexible Roles in Lancing

About the role

We are looking for qualified KS2 teachers to provide flexible, short‑term coverage in primary schools across Sussex. The role involves delivering the National Curriculum for Key Stage 2 pupils in a variety of school settings, allowing you to choose the number of days you work each week.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons for Year 3‑6 pupils.
• Assess student progress and provide feedback.
• Maintain classroom discipline and a positive learning environment.
• Collaborate with school staff to ensure smooth handover between teachers.
• Adapt teaching materials to suit the needs of each placement.

Required profile

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Experience working in a primary school environment.
• Passion for teaching and connecting with pupils.
• Collaborative and flexible attitude.
• Creative, enthusiastic and positive outlook on learning.
