About the role
Hays Education is seeking enthusiastic KS2 Supply Teachers for primary schools across Sussex and Surrey. This flexible opportunity allows you to work one day a week up to five days, covering short‑term or long‑term placements.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver the KS2 curriculum to pupils in a supportive classroom environment.
- Plan, prepare and assess lessons in line with school policies.
- Maintain accurate records of pupil progress and attendance.
- Collaborate with school staff to ensure a cohesive learning experience.
Required profile
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Experience working in a primary school setting.
- Genuine passion for teaching and engaging with pupils.
- Collaborative attitude and willingness to contribute to a strong school team.
Required skills
- Knowledge of the KS2 curriculum and assessment standards.
