KS2 Supply Teacher

About the role

Reed Education is seeking a dedicated KS2 Supply Teacher to support a vibrant primary school in Brighton. This temporary position offers the chance to deliver high‑quality lessons, inspire young learners and contribute to a nurturing school community.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, prepare and deliver engaging KS2 lessons that meet the national curriculum.
• Assess student progress, provide feedback and tailor support to help every pupil achieve their potential.
• Create a positive, stimulating classroom environment that encourages enthusiasm for learning.
• Collaborate with colleagues, parents and the wider school community to enhance student outcomes.
• Participate in staff meetings, training sessions and school events.

Required profile

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Proven experience teaching KS2 or in a similar primary setting.
• Strong knowledge of the KS2 curriculum and effective teaching methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development.
