About the role

Reeson Education is building a talent pool of qualified KS2 teachers for September 2026 placements across primary schools in Waltham Forest, East London. Successful candidates will join supportive school environments and help deliver high‑quality education to pupils aged 7‑11.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging Key Stage 2 lessons.
• Assess, monitor and report on pupil progress.
• Create an inclusive, inspiring classroom atmosphere.
• Differentiate learning to meet individual needs.
• Collaborate with colleagues and support staff.
• Maintain high expectations for behaviour and achievement.
• Contribute to wider school life and extracurricular activities.

Required profile

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Experience teaching within Key Stage 2.
• Strong classroom management abilities.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Passion for raising standards and pupil outcomes.
