About the role
We are looking for a KS2 Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in Moreton, Wirral. The role is full‑time and term‑time, supporting the delivery of the KS2 curriculum for older primary pupils.
Key responsibilities
- Support whole‑class learning and deliver small‑group interventions such as maths and reading boosters.
- Supervise classroom tasks and help prepare teaching resources.
- Assist with behaviour management, routines and student engagement.
- Provide general support to the class teacher in delivering the KS2 curriculum.
Required profile
- Experience working with KS2 pupils.
- Good understanding of the primary curriculum and confidence assisting with core subjects.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with staff.
