KYC Onboarding Analyst – 12‑Month Fixed‑Term (Hybrid)

About the role

This is a 12‑month, full‑time, fixed‑term contract or secondment role based in Edinburgh (with the possibility to work from Birmingham). The position sits within the Client On‑Boarding Team of Lloyds Banking Group, delivering Know Your Customer (KYC) onboarding for the Corporate & Institutional Banking business.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver accurate, high‑quality work that supports positive outcomes for clients and colleagues.
• Build positive relationships and provide excellent service to a wide range of stakeholders.
• Act as a trusted point of contact, offering mentorship on processes and procedures.
• Prioritise tasks while maintaining high standards and meeting deadlines.
• Support Know Your Business (KYB) and KYC activities to ensure regulatory and policy compliance.
• Develop expertise through ongoing training and learning opportunities.

Required profile

• Knowledge of KYB/KYC requirements and understanding of corporate structures and entity types.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex information clearly.
• Experience building effective relationships and managing stakeholder expectations.
• Risk and compliance mindset, confident to identify and escalate issues when needed.
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail, able to manage competing priorities.
• Customer‑focused approach with dedication to delivering high‑quality outcomes.
